Headlines are quick hits from media outlets from Missouri and around the world. Follow the headline link for the full story. The source of this headline says:

Six-foot-wide bike lanes in each direction will be added from Christy to Chippewa with a center-turn lane and 7-foot-wide parking lanes.

Bike lanes also are coming to the portion of Gravois between Grand Boulevard and Russell, which has two driving lanes in each direction, as is a center-turn lane and parking in each direction.
And a midblock crossing is being added at Itaska Street that will have striping and rapid-flashing beacons to warn drivers of pedestrians crossing.

MoBikeFed comment: STL County is still deciding what to to with their portion of Gravois.
