Todays Kansas City Star has an article about Chris Hess of Mission, KS, who races, commutes to his work in Kansas City, KS, and leads a TRI-KC Spinmaster course every winter.
What he likes about cycling is the endorphins.
"It's the high you get from exercising so hard," Hess said. "It makes it all so worthwhile. It's such a demanding sport and the camaraderie you share with other cyclists. There is nothing like it."
