Johnson County rewards bicycling to work

According to a KCStar article:
Twenty-seven Johnson County [KS] employees will get $100 gift certificates as a reward for carpooling, bicycling or riding the bus to work. . . .

To receive the gift certificate, employees had to take alternative transportation at least 80 percent of the time from June to September.
