Missouri House Speaker Rod Jetton invites Missourians to his Katy Trail Ride week of June 20th, 2005

Missouri House Speaker Rod Jetton is known as a rising political star. He also runs marathons and is a co-sponsor of this year's Bicycle Safety Bill (HB 632).
Mr. Jetton invites all Missourians to join him on his Katy Trail Ride--the "Speaker's Fitness Challenge. The ride will leave Clinton on June 20th, 2005 and arrive in St. Charles June 25th.
The ride is free and the first 500 to register will receive a free T-Shirt. The ride is self-supported--riders are responsible for their own food, lodging, and transportation.
Riders can join Mr. Jetton for the whole ride or just for a day or two.
Sponsoring organizations include the Missouri Bicycle Federation, the American Heart Association, the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health, the Capitol City Cycling Club, the Missouri Department of Tourism, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and MoDOT.
