Municipal elections across Missouri March 5th & April 2nd - how will bike/ped friendly candidates fare?

Municipal elections are being held across Missouri March 5th and April 2nd, 2013. For many of these elections, absentee ballots are available already.
March 5th
- St. Louis City primary election - see list of candidates for alderman & board of education. The primary election is the most important in St. Louis City, since almost all candidates come from a single party. UrbanReviewSTL has some details.
April 2nd
- Proposition P - Arch, Trails, & Public Parks tax vote in St. Louis City & St. Charles Count (info).
- Most cities in St. Louis County - election info, list of candidates and ballot issues for all cities.
- Columbia - the Columbia Tribune covers the list of competitive races
- Kansas City, MO - ballot issues and some board of education seats. See the sample ballot and list of polling places.
- St. Joseph - Buchanan County - sample ballot, polling places
- Kirksville
- Farmington
- Cape Girardeau
- Jackson County: Overview of all Jackson County city races, ballot initiatives, Grandview, Raytown
- Many other Missouri cities & counties: Search google for "city-name Missouri April 2013 election" to find your local details.
Municipal elections are especially important to bicycle and pedestrian issues, since many bicycle and pedestrian issues play out at the municipal level.
And this year there is in interesting list of bicycle and pedestrian advocates running for office in Missouri--stay tuned for more details. And of you know of candidates that are particularly bicycle/pedestrian friendly, please leave a comment--we'd love to know about them.
