KC Council candidates respond to bike/ped questions

MoBikeFed asked all candidates in next week's general election for Kansas City Mayor and City Council to respond a series of questions about bicycling and walking issues.  Candidate answers from those that chose to respond are provided here for voter education, without endorsements or recommendations.

Everyone will vote for mayor and the "at-large" Council candidats.  Only residents of specific districts vote for the "in-district" candidates.  Don't forget to vote on Tuesday, March 22nd
