MetroGreen Connections--the newsletter about Kansas City's expanding MetroGreen trail network--has just come out. Highlights:
  • 10 favorite places to walk and bike in KC
  • Updates about the Kaw Point Riverfront Park, Riverfront Heritage Trail, Blue River Greeway, Blue River Summit
  • Completion of Trolley Track Trail
  • Completion of Indian Creek Trail (in progress since 1976 . . . )
  • Progress in Platte County and opening of Smithville Lake Trail
