  • "I’ve just never seen anybody walking down 759 Highway," said City Council member P.J. Kovac.  Well duh, Councilman Kovak--maybe that's because the city hasn't bothered to build a sidewalk there. State and federal highways through our cities typically have the highest density of desirable bike/ped destinations of anywhere in the city--but usually there is no way to get there safely on foot or by bike.
